About these terms
These terms cover your use of the ALVIO DIGITAL website. Specific projects are governed by a separate written proposal or contract agreed with you, which takes precedence over anything on this page if they conflict.
Using this website
- The content here is for general information about our services.
- We aim to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee it is complete or error-free.
- You may not use the site in any unlawful way or attempt to disrupt it.
Pricing information
Prices shown on this site are starting points and indicative. Final pricing depends on scope and is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Recurring fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled with reasonable notice as set out in your project agreement.
Third-party costs
Fees for third-party platforms, domains, hosting add-ons, messaging, telephony, APIs, advertising spend and AI usage are separate from our fees and are either billed at cost or paid by you directly to the provider. We do not offer unlimited AI usage or unlimited automation.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes or revenue. We commit to carrying out the agreed work competently and to a professional standard.
Ownership
On full payment for a project, you own the website and its content. Where we use third-party components, open-source libraries or licensed assets, those remain subject to their own licences.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with the website is limited to £100. Project-specific liability is set out in your project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
