Who we are
This website is operated by ALVIO DIGITAL (“we”, “us”), a digital agency based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@alviodigital.co.uk.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through our contact form: name, business name, email, phone, website, business type, budget range and your message.
- Analytics data (only if you accept analytics cookies): pages visited, approximate location, device and referral source, in aggregated form.
- Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, handled by our hosting provider for security and delivery.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To improve this website and understand how it is used.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Our lawful bases are your consent (for analytics cookies and marketing contact), taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example our website host and form-handling provider (Netlify), our email provider, and analytics providers where you have consented. These providers process data on our instructions.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then for a reasonable period for our records. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider’s settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@alviodigital.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for details of the cookies this site uses and how to change your choices.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
